Countierfiet gun parts siezed

This could be a few things, but I see what youre saying. I have read a couple of similar stories where the home owner was prosecuted for not having an FFL when selling for profit. I am not sure if that applies to alot of accessories, but if he was selling serial numbered receivers out of his house, that could get him nabbed. I dont like to see that the DHS responded. I dont like to see that at all.

if they were counterfeit; copy right laws, patent infringement, trademark violations, etc. That could be a long list. Selling firearms/recievers across state lines without an FFL, selling for profit, I am not should who would answer that call. I don't feel like it should have been the DHS. Usually the FBI does jobs like that. If it involves interstate commerece or parties across state lines, yeah, the FBI. I dont think anyone on this website likes reading the DHS responded to anything.
