Might want to look into zoning law.
They cannot have barbed wire fences, locks on sheds, electric fences etc.
been that way for about 5-10 years. I remember it being in Time magazine, so the liberals can be assured it's a "valid' news source.

Just goes to show that "feel good" lawmaking is farking idiotic. Punish the innocent, make sure the perp gets a fair trial and a light sentence- unless he killed a cop of course.
