Killing people is probably the best example of extreme government over reach. I don't care what you did, the state should not have the authority to end your life..that's waaay too much power to vest in our judicial system.

Well I'm sorry I'll have to Dis-agree with you. I think the Punishment should fit the CRIME. If you Murder then you Forefit your life, and in turn WILL BE PUT TO DEATH. You'll be given 1 Automatic Trial review within 90 days of a Death Sentence. If that Review Board does not see something wrong with your Trial then you will have 1 Appeal. If the Appeal is turned down, Sentence is carried out within 30 days.
And I would start this immediately to include anyone Currently on Death Row, beginning with whoever has been there the Longest. Start Flipping the switches, and No More Death Row.
