Well dang. Didn't look great to me but I'm far from an expert. Got this from aim surplus. Had a lot of luck with them on other stuff. Csn I fix this myself? I got chisels and stuff.

Gonna have me double checking my AIM BCGs. Contact them and send them the picture. Bryan is a good guy so they should make it right.

I'd guess you'll need a pin point punch? I just got 2 bcg's from aim, they both look good. I don't know what happen there?

I wouldn't call it proper, but the recess for the screw heads are more than likely distorted enough that it will work just fine for semi-auto fire. If it were mine, I'd prefer it had a more "aggressive" staking job.

VooDoo Innovations sells a BC with an integral gas key, machined as part of the overall carrier. Wonder why more folks aren't doing this? I own a couple of them and like them very much.
