I have switched to Froglube and will be using it from now on! Best stuff I have used and even smells good lol

Frog Lube is best for my AR and pistols. AR is soaking in it now.

depends on the firearm, im used to military rifles. some specify areas to grease and areas to oil

Here's a great article that defines grease is to be used for metal to metal contact under load and oil for metal rubbing on metal. lubricants101
Glock recommends oil only.

I ordered this kit but the oil bottle has a large opening and dispenses too much.
Does anyone know where to get the oil bottles with needles?

Oil. It's worked for the last couple hundred years, I'm not ready to switch yet.

Astroglide or K-Y jelly

Try frog lube... It's edible and taste like a lifesaver

Actually, i think i'm gonna try Mil-comm mc2500 or mc3000

I currently use Break Free CLP and Hoppe's 9 oil

I found a nice micro oil applicator on ebay.
