How do i sell a gun on ODT?

Ive never sold a gun to an individual before. What's the best practice? Do I take a picture of guy's drivers license? Do I need to take him to our local gun shop? Thanks!

Kikoz, just messin with ya man. Just post an ad, it helps to put up a picture. You don't have to do a bill of sale. I usually have someone show me a GA DL and I'm good. I don't write anything down or keep any paperwork, but that's me.

the serious answer to that question is this.

List the firearm.
Set up a time and place for the meet.
Go to the meet.
LOOK at his drivers license to make sure he or she is a ga resident.
Take your money, count it and make sure it's all there.
Shake the persons hand and go home.
