Just curious to see how many people each of you know that has died from cancer or has had cancer. Trying to see if where I work is unusually high

In 10yrs I've been here I know and have worked with 8 friends or coworkers that have had cancer. Two of which are deceased and were in their 40's. Most had brain, kidney or lung cancer. This seems high but may not be.

I’ve known quite a few, however not a single one that wasn’t diagnosed and treated by a doctor almost all were found on a regular checkup with no symptoms.

I misread your post. I thought they were all coworkers, so was wondering how big the company is.
I honestly couldn't count. Been around a minute. Yet I feel probably less than average.

Lots. But I have more than 400 members at the gun club. Only remember one other person with brain cancer though when I was in software development and sales. He beat it thankfully.

Workforce here is about 1700. I'm sure there are many more than I know.
