Easy, 308. It has more capability than the other three and both rifles and ammo are more readily available. There is also a lot more variation in the ammo that is available.
I say "7mm-08" because I already have a .243 and a .308.
And I wouldn't get a 6.5 Creedmoor for hunting. That's a 1000-yard target round.
If I didn't own any centerfire hunting rifles, then I'd say start off with a .308 for versatility, or, if you're sure you won't be hunting anything bigger than deer or hogs in the Southeast, I'd go with the .243.
Of your choices .308 is it.
I have 243, 6.5 creedmoor and 308 all in bolt guns and if I have to choose a round for all around hunting it will be good old 308
