So I acquired a like new Woodsmaster 742 in 30.06. I decided I wanted a scope on this one. My other is irons. I found a NIB Weaver K-4W, rings, and mount from vintage scopes.com. The scope has the cool old range finding reticle with the TV objective. Can’t wait to get it to the range. Everything is dated ‘68-‘72. Going to keep her oiled up good!

Beautiful rifle you have there! I love my old 7400. I inherited it from my pawpaw. I killed my first deer with it. It's mostly a safe queen now. I'd have a stroke if something happened to it. I still take it on a hunt once a year or so.
