Invest, seriously??? If he's a violent, meth dealing illegal there's probably a reward for his arrest or probation violation, so turn him in. Add that reward to the $10,000 you got for narcing on the guy trying to sell freon and you've got. Hold on a second cant do this in my head, I need to plug all the variables into wolfram alpha.
