Meh. I wouldn't worry about how high they sit folded.

What's the extended height like? I'd love to find something inbetwen the factory height and AR co witness sights (which are too high IMO).

They are just a little higher than the factory sights when flipped up. I'll get a picture with them mounted today sometime

BTW, palmetto had the Vortex spitfire 1x on sale for $149 so I said screw it I'll try it out.. I like the idea of a prism scope for when the batteries fail.

Got my Troy Micros today. Not sure how I feel about them. I won't know for sure until my Sparc gets here. I like the sight picture they give way more than the factory sights. But, I think they sit too high folded for what I want.

You're right. They don't fit well. I remember the Micro sights being smaller when I had them on a AR. I think with the drop of the factory stock, the micros will be too high to be practical. I still want to wait until I have my optic to decide how I feel about them. I don't want my Sparc to block the use of my iron sights, which is why I chose the Micros.
