Not at all unusual. I have bought powder at Alexanders in Blairsville, held it for a member in Timbucktwo (maybe Timbuckthree) until we met up, same with ammo for someone. Been involved with more than a few three party deals amongst friends or members with decent feedback and comms. I am game. Holler.
