I'm not sure either. Seems like I remember when they first came out years back, they of course was the new thing out and suppose to be better than pmags. But.. I think they are probably comparable. I now have a mix between the two. For the money I couldn't pass on picking some up. And it's flat rate shipping like $7 something. But judge for yourself. Lol I don't really want to recommend any on safety of others.

No problem. I have both. I like that the Troy mags aren't as clunky as the Pmags.

I say good to have both. For the money right now at 6.99 I know I'm not battle testing them, just regular use to see if they hold up and cycle well. I'm also not keeping them all totally loaded, just a few by the bed lol. I do plan to have several mags and ammo stashed in different places and this cost allows my broke butt to be able to do that lol. But God speed either way you go. If we are in the ditch together, just know I have both lol
