Publix still has the rib roast on sale.
Tomorrow’s grocery shopping day, plan to get a couple of small ones for the freezer.
Just looked through coming week’s ad, picked out my bogos, made my list.
Finally re-organized the freezer, it was a mess. Made a list so I can plan dinners.
Crock pot short ribs, mashed taters, and broccoli tomorrow.

Good news, I just looked at the next ad, which runs from 12/13 - 12/24, the rib roast are still on sale $6.99 / lb.

In case you are wondering, last year's sale price was $5.79/ lb. Damn Biden!!!

Remember if you get the RIB Roast at Publix for $6.99lb this week on sale, cook it like this....Season well set oven to pe heat @500 degrees, put it in a roasting pan and set in the oven..Turn oven down to 475 degrees and roast for 7 minutes per pound..When it has cooked to that time, turn off the oven..Do not open the door for 2 hrs..Enjoy your roast! and don't forget to mix the sour cream and Horse raddish for dipping sauce..

These instructions make a mighty fine prime rib roast. Thank you sir for the advice.
