Where would an adult living independently go to learn morals?

Suppose a kid grew up in a cage, held by kidnappers, and was rescued at age 30, at which time her parents were dead and she had no other living relatives in the USA.

Or suppose a space alien borrowed a recently-deceased human body and joined our society, but knew nothing about our culture, our values, our laws and what we expect as to behavior. The space alien was supposed to be beamed back to his mother ship after a week on Earth but the ship had to leave this galaxy and told the alien
"We've got to maroon you on this planet for several years. Stay in that body and don't do anything to attract undue attention to yourself. Fit in and mix among the people. Learn how they do things. Don't get arrested. Find an apartment, rent it, and don't get evicted. Find a job, do it well, keep it, and don't get fired. We'll see you in stardate 2549.7."

WHERE WOULD THIS ALIEN OR RELEASED KIDNAP VICTIM GO TO LEARN HOW TO BEHAVE?
What books, movies, etc. should they read or watch?
What institution of learning has a course-- what course at some college could they take?

Have them watch reruns of:

Father Knows Best
The Andy Griffith Show
The Rifleman
Rawhide
My Three Sons

I read the entire Hardy Boys mystery series when I was 12 to 14. A friend's father had them in his den. He let me borrow a few at a time.

There are probably others. I don't think you can teach morals and values in a classroom setting. They're something you observe over time at a very young age. You eventually know them when you see them being put into practice. If you have a thirst for what's right, you seek it out in what you watch, read and listen to. I've made many mistakes. But, I knew right from wrong. Even when I was doing wrong.

There, they will learn how to behave with their step-mom, stepsister, mailman/delivery man, plumber, electrician, Pizza boy, and girl scouts.

Also, how to deal with the landlord when rent is late, their boss when job performance doesn't meet expectation, and the cops when they break a minor law.
