Why "I'll take it" doesn't mean a thing

If I say i'll take it. I will, but you to do your part also. that's means responding back. don't know how many times I've told someone i'll take it, call me, and never hear anything back.

Bottom line, so many of “these” people do NOT have any Values and Integrity! I had one that was “if it doesn’t sell today, it’s yours tomorrow”. What that less of a man really meant was if I can’t get more money or better deal, then it’s yours.

Wrong! Sometimes its just quicker and easier to have a conversation. And sometimes I want to talk to you and get a read on you. If you refuse to have a quick conversation...I'm done, thats all I need to know.

I've always took it if I said "I'll take it", but I always do it in a PM, not in the thread. As long as the poster reads my intentions, I could care less what the rest of the members know about my interest in it...........
