I'd try to get my family to safety and if I couldn't defense would quickly turn to offense. If I were alone I'd try to dial 911, put the phone in my pocket so I could hopefully give active intel while hopefully trying to out maneuver the shooter to hopefully pop his ass

I'd argue that most of what the gov't said was irrelevant then, its just what you have tell people after you already told them all the places they can't legally be armed.

I'd like to believe I would bend bullets as needed like in the Matrix....

Therefore, I'm going to go ahead and believe that, yes... I would engage the threat and bend my bullets around whatever he was hiding behind.

Or have the kids bring in canned goods and keep a can or two in everybody's desk .
So that during an active shooter massacre, the kids can fling a 12 ounce can of Birdseye sweet peas at the guy who's holding the AR-15 with a 90 round drum magazine and a tri-burst trigger.
