Looking at buying a 30 year old house, slab, where the backyward slopes down and away. the inspector flagged these cracks as potential serious concern. I'm trying to schedule 2 foundation pros before due diligence ends but would love an extra opinion if we have any foundation experts in the building who want to share an opinion!

This is the back side of the house where the slab is exposed, towards the side of the hill. And yes the floors are uneven inside from front to back!

Well the “crack” isn’t the problem cause that’s a construction joint looks like slab on top of slab….BUT spalling which is all the blown out corners isn’t a good sign it’s a sign of stress and overloading and it will expose the rebar which will the rust and you loose your structural capacity (not a foundation expert but an engineer nonetheless)

Thank you very much!
