Best AR 7.62x39 Upper Or Barrel (Also best length)

Looking to start another build and want to go the 7.62x39 route. What do you all recommend for upper or barrel. Is there an upper that’s good like radical or someone else. Would I be better to buy a barrel and BCG to build it my self. If so, what’s a good barrel to buy. Lastly what’s the best length for this caliber in AR platform? 10.5 or 16?

I've been wanting one for a while now. I was planning on getting a 8 to 10.5 inch barrel. If I remember correctly, going from a 16 incheck barrel to a 10.5 you lose around 200 fps.
