Watched it, 1st mention was pro-gun guys say there is a loophole that allows school zone carry with permit, Governor says no it does not... 2nd mention reported with the guy from student carry, he gets a lot of face time discussing the work and positive impact, then they asked two ladies one says it's not a big deal the other mentions her concerns "with what all has been going on recently".
I suspect she is thinking about the FedEx shooting in a gun free zone with a disarmed "guard". She's not quite up to speed on current events and the impact or more importantly the risk of disarming your staff including your security guard. So far it's an acceptable risk for those who hate guns..... Sad, so very sad yet even more innocent lives being sacrificed for "feelings".

First problem is referring to every piece of language as "loopholes". Second problem is Nathan Deal back pedaling. You signed a pro gun bill by mistake. Own it, the law is the law and it is a finished process.
I'm not offended by the term loophole. Nor "back pedaling." Maybe it wasn't a mistake. Maybe it was on purpose.

Jesus ****ing hell, this isn't campus carry, don't try and make it campus carry. As 2nd amd supporters arent we supposed to respect legislative intent?
I believe this was the sponsor's intent.
512 last year was stopped because of shenanigans. It works both ways. It's law making, and it ain't fing pretty!
The question becomes: Do they close the loophole and how far will they go if they do it?
