Yeah, that's literally the only downside to the HP carbine, those single-stack mags. I heard in an interview that that was one of the features that make it 'AW ban proof'. The ProMags do work OK in the carbine though.

That is a really good looking chassis though. Make me want to pick up another one sometime as another project gun...

Red Ball Sports makes a 20 round mag(Hi Point approved) but it looks like a boomerang banana. Oh this guy on utube has a mod to use 1911 mags too.
