Depends on where I'm going and to some degree the season.
Most ordinary days a S&W model 60 with silver tip hollow point. Most shooting confrontations are within 3 to seven yards and the 38 silver tip will get anything off me I can't get off by myself , downtown the mod 60 and a colt defender 45 w/ 2 extra mags of hollow point, you never know what kind or how many pests you may encounter there as wolves and wild dogs are braver in packs. Two basic premises that have stayed with me from the USMC and 30+ years as a state LEO; be PREPARED to face more than one threat and if you go down, don't go cheap, take as many as you can with you.
Always concealed for the advantage ("never give a sucker an even break" ESPECIALLY IN A GUNFIGHT!!) If only one of us is going home for dinner, I plan on it being ME.
