actually, 90% is what you eat! it's all the packaged crap! Eat REAL FOOD!Eat clean and exercise. This whole “cut out soda but don’t exercise” thing is why 66% of America is overweight.
There’s no easy button, but if you eat right 90% of the time and exercise you’ll cut weight easily.

I do that time to time. BUT stomach problem got really worst, so I got have some to munch in the morning, around 10am.Intermittent fasting. Easy Peasy.
I do not eat or drink anything other than water, black coffee, or unsweet tea between 11 PM and 4:30 PM 6 days a week.
One day cheat.
Got me down to 230, easy to stay there. No extra exercise or anything. I am back in the gym some to assist my knees and shoulders in range of motion.

This is me. I dont drink sodas and I eat quality food 90% of the time but I have sank into a sedentary lifestyle. I love the outdoors and used to spend a lot of time in them.
