I see where you marked the 3.5 Ecoboost off your list in favor of the 5.0 coyote motor. You do realize there are 2 different coyote motors. One for the truck and one for the Mustang. The truck motor is a detuned version on the Mustang motor. The 5.0 motor used in a 2019 F150 is rated at 395 hp and 470 ft lbs of torque.
I was a big V8 man myself but made the mistake of driving the 3.5 Ecoboost. I now own a 2019 F150 with the 3.5 Ecoboost. Numbers are 365 hp and 470 on torque. The big factor is it maintains 90% of peak torque from 1700 up to 5000 rpm. This thing pulls like a freight train. And I get 19 mpg around town. It's not always about the horse power.
