I’d leave it and add the cost into the listing price. Then cash out and get another one or two for the new place.

Made my decision, planned on buying a new one and selling my old one. I called Chucks Gun and Pawn a Liberty Safe dealer in Warner Robbins. Whomever answered the phone mis-understood and swapped me over to their guy who moves safes. So just for the heck of it I said sure quote me a price to move it. $500 and Johnny and his helper Chip were at my house with a fancy hand truck that climbed stairs moving it for me. I'd recommend them to anyone that their area covers.
