Looking to change insurance carriers, who should I use?

Have had 2 wrecks with USAA (wife one and me one-both our fault) and both times I asked the nice lady on the phone if they were gonna cancel me. She said "no, this is what you have insurance for" ......

Switched to AAA and saved hundreds versus Allstate. Allstate increases were obscene, and customer service didn't even attempt to keep our business. I will be shopping once every few years from now on.

USAA is ridiculously expensive. Not sure your situation and insurance coverage you are looking for.
My wife and I have no tickets or accidents.
100000 and 300000 full coverage
2004 and 2005 vehicles both paid off
Excellent credit

Nobody could beat Geico. USAA was the most expensive out of the 6 or 7 agencies I checked which included an independent agent who wrote for 25 companies. Geico= less than a $900 a year.
