Good bones runs and seats and interior trim is decent.
 
Basic clean up and restore.
383 stroker Eldebrock Torquer Build.
Maybe a regular rear axle conversion.

if you have not used a stroker yet, you will LIKE it..lol
I use an Air Gap intake on mine, 3000lb car fun as hell to drive.

My stepfather spent a couple of years restoring a 78 Pace Car Edition. Matter of fact I think that and the Anniversary Editions were all there were in 78. He spent big money on drivetrain and underneath like brake lines and hardware. But then when it came to the interior he just lost interest. So back in 07 08ish he asked me to eBay it for him for some ridiculous price like $12,500. So I had to pull up other 78s on eBay and hurt his feelings. When all the smoke cleared I think he got $6K for it.

All that being said, yours is a much more desirable model. And Corvette Rally wheels are among my favorites.
