Agreed! Just leave ice out of the equation, we get more of ice, freezing rain here than most other states. A couple years ago when the ice storm hit in the mid morning I barely made it home.

My bride is from SE Kentucky. Ice is horrible up there. Drove up the I75 many times last fall, winter and spring, while dating, and mountain passes were a lot of "fun" with ice on them. While driving a fully loaded minivan back. Jellico stretch is the worst.

i cant afford new tires till next year, so im praying for no snow this year lol. 4wd helps, but almost bald tires can only get you so far haha.
