What insoles and steel toe boots do you use for work? 8 to 12 hours a day

Redbacks. I just got the steel toe about 2 weeks ago so the jury is still out. The non steel toe are the most comfortable boots I've ever had.

I’ve had surgery on both feet in the past years. Timberland Pro is what I wear all day. Usually walk 4 or more miles per day on concrete and asphalt at work. Put them on at 6am and take off about 8 pm every day. Wear them even on the weekends before tennis shoes. Well worth the money.

First thing I'd recommend is no heavy ass steel toe boots. Light weight shank and composite toe will save you alot... are you looking for pull ons or laces

Under armour boots are the most comfortable I've found.
I have a totally screwed back/spine and have to stand and walk on concrete all day.
