I have a 1878 side by side Parker Bros custom 12 ga. I have fired it and did a round of skeet with it. (had to know it worked.) Awesome beauty. I just dont ever want to fire it anymore I just keep her hidden now.

I gotta say its VERY hard to buy a pistol/rifle and not shoot it. Kinda solved that problem. I bought a mint 1939 mauser luger. I dont want to shoot it as I wanna keep the value high. So I bought another 1939 mauser luger. Solved that problem. I bought a mint 1944 FN hi power. Dont wanna shoot that so I bought another Fn hi power. Seems the best way to solve the problem from not being able to shoot a mint example firearm is to buy one that is kinda rough and shoot the springs out of it!

I have one that I bought a confederate goldplated pistol civil war only 100 made, never will shot it
Id LOVE to see a picture of that!
I own more guns that I will never fire than guns that I will. I only shoot two or three of the guns I own, I really have no desire in shooting any of the others.
Unfortunately, my gun collection isn't big enough to do that quite yet. But I'm working on it.
