Can I sell a gun to a resident of South Carolina or need to go through a FFL dealer?

Any firearm (handgun or longgun) between non-licensed residents of different states must go through a FFL.

Non-licensed means FFL in this case, not respective state carry permits/licenses.

About 50% of the gun shops will tell you it is ok. They are wrong. I confirmed it by calling the ATF and confirming with an agent.
