Underage gun sales

It's just as legal to private sell a handgun to a 18 year old as it is an 80 year old.
You shouldn't snitch on things that are not illegal.

Yeah I don’t mean to be “that guy” but I guess I have always abided by the 18 for rifle and shotgun and 21 for handgun rule. That’s just how I grew up. Now I did grow up shooting my dad’s handguns but who didn’t right? It just bothered me and I didn’t feel comfortable. I know we all do some shady stuff here and I’m guilty to! Lol

Negative on all of us doing shady stuff. It’s on you and your choice if you do but buying or selling anything on here isn’t worth the hassle of dealing with legal problems As far as I’m concerned.

As a younger odt’er (18) I’ve bought staccatos Glocks and an 11.5 kac ar most people understand how these laws work but a few are still confused or misinformed, I’ve bought a few guns using this site but I’ve also heard no a few times which is no biggie but a lot of people just don’t know, if people still feel uncomfortable it’s no big deal but I do wish more people would learn before they list lol

I would prefer 21 on ODT. I do not feel good about any younger for a private sale

Exactly, I feel as I should be allowed to have a handgun just like anyone else
