So did read this right? As long as its made 100% in the state then no Federal Laws apply? Umm, hell yeah if that was the case. Every rifle would be SBR and every shotgun would be awesomely short. I read it quickly while driving (safe, I know) so I may have missed something.

I interpreted it the same as you, and it would be awesome.

Please let all states follow this example. It will set those who respect and value their citizens rights apart form those who feel only the government should have said power. It would also provide a quick id for states to avoid.

I can't say that Oklahoma would ever be a first choice, but if it is there or NY.....easy.
