First and only experience with KelTec customer service. I have a KelTec CMR .22 mag that had the butt pad on the retractable stock messed up/destroyed. I looked around on the interwebs and found it was easy to replace the missing butt pad, but I couldn't find one in stock to purchase. I called KelTec and the guy asked me to send him a picture and my mailing address. In a matter of a few days they sent me a new and complete retractable stock!!! Customer service like this is very much appreciated and unheard of these days.
