If she is walking the dog on your property, what is the problem with carrying a gun BB or otherwise? I know a pistol may be a problem but 15 year olds go into the woods with hunting rifles all the time.

i would double check, but working retail i know it couldnt be purchased under 18. gun or ammo.

My son is fifteen and can't purchase his own BB's or pellets for his air rifle. They ask him for ID every time.
