I shot them both...................once lolBecause they actually shoot them I’d imagine. Having 2 of them and not shooting them isn’t a good benchmark to go off of.
Sig Sauer Faces $10 Million Lawsuit over P320 Pistol After Alleged Accidental Discharge Wounds Federal Agent
A Marine vet was issued a P320 as his service weapon to use as an officer for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The original P320s did have a definite design flaw that made them not be drop safe from certain angles.
They changed the trigger design to fix it years ago, and they offer a free 'upgrade' to anyone with an older gun with the older trigger. The military version never had this issue because of a different trigger design.
My guess is Milwaukee PD had the usual number of 'desk pops' you get with poorly trained cops and is trying to blame it on the pistol. Or they had some of the early ones and never bothered to get them updated.
Either way I doubt that there's any real merit to this, just more SIG bashing.

Funny they are changing caliber as well. Sounds more like they decided the 9mm wasn’t doing the job and decided to upgrade for the cheap.
a glock 45 is a 9mm...so...
