Hah! It is sad that some folks (who make organizations) don't have the vision of my dog after he has his morning walk and expected dog treat.

Treaties, agreements, contracts that allow "regulation" should be closely scrutinized as it's not what they tell you it is but rather its potential perhaps years later that should concern a person or nation. A clue of that potential can often be obtained by a bit of investigating the groups past record and vision.
