What pistol do you shoot the best?

I purchased a 686 with a 6 inch barrel 35 years ago. I had a trigger job done on it. I used to draw a circle around a Quarter and keep all 6 inside the line at 15 yards.

I had a bunch of guys loose their paycheck, betting I couldn't.

I shoot my SOA Legion the best but prior to it it was always 1911's. they are very similar in operation

I took my S&W E-Series 1911 45 acp to the range yesterday and shot it off the bag at 25 yards. I installed one of those drop-in compensators and after a small sight adjustment, I tested it. It put 3 rounds through the same hole and on ragged hole with 8 shots. Now granted that was not me shooting off hand but I was impressed with just how accurate it was with just crappy Armscor ammo.
My Remington R-1 6 inch barrel 1911 in 10mm was close but not quite as tight of groups with the same ammo but close enough it could have been me. I should have repeated the test just to confirm. Both guns shoot very nicely but that 10mm has some jump to it.

That sure is a pretty gun you have there. Makes me want one bad, real bad. Just a gun with great lines. Makes a Glock look like a screwdriver handle.

I can dot your eyes with my High Standard Victor. For bigger dots, i use a Browning HP.
