I agree, you shouldn’t have to pay for it. The system we currently have is basically a “socialist” method of health care. I believe in the utmost liberty for the individual. But that also means the utmost responsibility for their actions. I’m not saying there shouldn’t be consequences, I just don’t think it’s anyones business what you do to or with your body until it hurts someone else.

Not saying don’t trust the guy, but I’d get the report to make sure he wasn’t lying to your face, that just doesn’t sound right to me.

He was a good guy. He used to date my oldest child. He picked up a felony and zero jail time. Then he moved out of state.

I know how they play the game. You arrest someone, you get them to flip on someone else in exchange for charges being dropped/reduced. The next person is arrested and they have the same opportunity.

He felt the undercover individual was the last person to be ‘it’, and he wasn’t going to screw his friends.

So if he had played ball. The cops give him some dope and he goes to his friends and whips out the smoke the cops gave him.

If they smoke it and have any of their own they become ‘it’.

I've been through the first offender system. I did what they asked and completed. I applied for my CCW barely a year later and got it no problem.
