Cummins are great transmissions have the worst reputation though.
Duramax has mixed reviews but they think the truck is made of gold.

Both shine compared to the Power Strokes reputation and reviews.

You get what you pay for, Buy once cry once. I've owned every flavor with most every power plant available and if I had to buy one today for towing anything more than a bass boat, it would be a Duramax..

I own 3 Cummins and love them. I've also owned power strokes but keep finding my way back to cummins. Everybody dogs dodges transmissions but I'm not rough on my trucks and I've never has any problems.
