If you knew this guy you'd have laughed at him over it like I did. In fact, I am kind of laughing about it now. I often wonder what the hell was he thinking.

The blind hill part gets me too. I had like a few seconds to try and get over before I was abeam the guy.

I may try and show up to court. The more I think about this, the more it cheeses me off. It was a blind hill, and the officer had no way to tell whether or not (or how much) I slowed down. If I had panicked, and jerked over into the guy on the left-we would have had some real problems. The blind hill part is what gets me. If you want to give tickets for this sort of thing, you really shouldn't be doing it over a blind hill or around a curve.

Maybe the Cop needs to be careful where he pulls someone over ....Like not on a blind hill

There was a guy right next to me in the fast lane. When I started to slow, he slowed and I couldn't get over.

Heck-the distance from when I first saw the lights Til I passed the officer was only about 60 yards. It was a blind hill

I would go to court. Bring pictures that show the area in question. But be aware the LEO could have his video.
