Pork Pies for the Brit.............

Expensive ? Certainly not cheap. Quality varies a bit batch to batch, but I have had both better and worse in the UK.

If anyone knows of better source here in the US I'd love to try them.

I buy HP sauce 2 liters at a time and Marmite in 500g jars Taste of the old country.

Where do you get these? I go through a 125g jar of Marmite in one loaf of toasted bread . Thanks.

Couple of places online, last was BritishFoodShop. There's another online source I've used britishfooddepot. I usually do a google search and pick the best price, delivery can be the kicker !

We always called them Meat & Potato pies but this one came from Tesco in Penrith, it tasted the same so all is forgiven . By the way, for all you pie loving Anglophiles you may want to give this company a look https://parkersbritishinstitution.com/ I tried them when they were called The English Pork Pie Company and they weren't too bad.
