So I've been quit smoking for a pretty good bit now...........

At about the 3 month mark. I feel like I'm slurring my speech a little. Like I have too much oxygen and energy.

Sleeping a ton better though. No more suffocation dreams where I can't get the sheet off my face.

Hoping this all will pass. Slurring speech part anyways.

I'd be making a call to your doctor on that one B. Just to be safe.

Well, I've heard a lot of different opinions on patches, but a few years ago, I gave them a try and didn't like them at all this feeling. I mean, it's more like a placebo than a real nicotine helper, and this thought didn't make me want to quit smoking at all. What worked for me was switching on vapes, especially nicotine-free ones with different flavors. I don't know if this is more helpful, but definitely, these don't contain any CO2, tar, or benzene. This one here helped me to get rid of cigarettes https://nexussmoke.com/products/air-bar-diamond-box-20000-puff-disposable-vape. Mango bliss is the best one.
