Was the most accurate.22 pistol I ever owned.
But love my SR22 with attached suppressor of course
And my bearcat! Just beautiful

Love those Bearcats, need to get one someday.

This is a hard one to pass up. I like the MK IV much more than the MK III. That loaded indicator on the MK III is something that I was never able to warm up to.

2 of my favorites are:

1. Smith and Wesson 422 (I think the 622 is the stainless version).
2. Smith and Wesson Victory 22

622 has same alloy frame as 422 just silver tone. the full stainless model is 2206. a 4.5" version just auctioned on GB for about $560!! Still my favorite suppressed plinker.

OK. I did the deed - Ruger MK IV Hunter. I am pleased with the fit and finish. I know I was warned about the trigger. The trigger resembles a lot of Glock triggers. It has plenty of creep before it breaks. You have heard of or have felt a good 1911 trigger with the take up, the wall, and then the breaking of the glass. It is not like that. I don't mind it at all on a Glock. I use them for combat type of accuracy. For more precise shooting, I would like a better trigger. It may get better with some break in.
