Congrats. Some people it's easy, some not. It was hard for me, but it's better you don't smoke. Haven't smoked in over 40 yrs

Well tomorrow the 19th marks 1 year

Awesome Sir!!! I made it 6 month this last time. I am going to try again new years. The holidays stress me a little.

Keep trying until it sticks man. I'd quit then go back, quit, go back. Did that for two decades. Finally decided at 39 years and 364 days I'd had enough. Decided it was "do or die" time. Didn't want to be 75 years old totin' an oxygen tank and covering a trach hole in my throat to draw on a cigarette. You'll do it if you want it bad enough. I hope you can quit for good.
