Is vaping bad but not as bad as smoking tobacco?


There's no benefit to vaping if you don't already smoke. People usually think vaping isn't as bad as cigarette smoking, but the mist you breathe in still has nicotine and other harmful chemicals in it. Vaping isn't safe and can cause health problems, including life-threatening lung injuries.

Of course you shouldn't vape if you don't already smoke, but this is a stop smoking thread. So which would be better? Start vaping or just continue to smoke cigarettes?

It's really not as bad for you. Any smoker that started vaping and put cigarettes down can testify to that within a few days of the switch.

As bad? 1 dose of poison vs.2 doses of poison. Vaping has been around long enough now. The evidence is in. But....if you are way overweight. Smoke em if you got em. Prolly not going to have a big effect on your life span. Seen some images of old people smoking. Don't remember any fat ones

Either way, I wish every smoker would make the change to vaping. Can't stand the smell of cigs.
