Same here… I have to get a pulmonary function test every year for my job. I went from barely passing as a smoker to absolutely no problem now. The doctor asked what changed. I told him and he was fine with it.

I used vape to switch from cigs. I feel better. Doesn’t costs as much . Im not sure health wise. I know it isn’t good. Just about everything you put in your body is bad but you can try and keep it under some kind of control. I have no self control, unfortunately. lol.

My 18 year mark was Nov 9th. Keep going, you'll get to where you don't miss it. I was a pack/2 pack per day smoker for 20 years.

The misses quit on September 6th, cold turkey. She did not want to replace the cigs with another habit, I get her logic. It's the 21st of December and she is still a proud ex-smoker. It was not easy, she has struggled, but over come the addiction.
