Weight loss Challenge started

I ate to many treats this week. But still down a pound. Picked up my work outs some. Life is much easier with low carbs. Just staying away from the starch ones

I'm keeping my carbs simple too. Everything in moderation!

I'm steadily progressing with more weight for my workouts, cardio is still a bitch tho. Did a 4000 meter row this week...i didn't think I was going to make it.
