The difference in mens rea for this act (none) and Hillary's email server is intent. She set up the whole damn thing to evade required records keeping. eg freedom of information etc.

And the reason no one in OR is pissed is because the ex Californians who live in that state now voted for just that and they keep on coming. Oregon will have an AWB complete with magazine capacity limits before Hillary's first term is finished.

Oregon used to be a great place. Then folks in N. California got fed up with the insanity and crossed the border.... changing Oregon into the very thing they fled.
I'm worried as I consider a move to Texas the same thing is happening there. Liberalism is a cancer.
