You missed the best one . 32acp . Subsonic out the box and sounds great .

22 is very quiet in both my SpectreII and my integral. However, I really like shooting 9mm more because I don't have to clean up the nasty 22 cans after the fact. Currently have an integral left to clean after all the shooting yesterday.

I finally invested in a sonic cleaner and thing works great cleaning my baffles. I have the same SpectreII.

Integral is the PITA to do. When it is clean, everything including bulk is subsonic. When it gets dirty, the ports start getting carbon and powder in they and it allows the velocity to increase. Its a HTA Fusion T22 in a 10/22 receiver.

I have a silencerco hybrid. From 308 down to 9mm it's the bomb. I reload all but 22 and 556, and use a form (1) can for the 22lr sub. The db spread on the form (1) is 86 to 90. I have a 308 scout that is 105 db all day long, with sub ammo reloaded. But the most accurate, quiet, is the 300 blackout. In a bolt or ar frame. I use an AERO Precision pistol, piston, an AERO Precision 16" carbine gas, and have no recycling issues. Test the re-load's for a month to find the correct one and did . The bolt is the best. Remington, 700, 300 blackout cal, bull barrel, 16 " . Pushing 106 fps, spread of 4 fps, from 102 to 106 and ( 96 ) bd. awesome out to 150. Don't forget the 9mm though. The Ruger PC Carbine take down. What can I say, at 100 yds it's ( Say GOODNIGHT ), and of course I swapped the feed so it takes the glock mag from my 19 also. Just plain fun! All in all, I kinda prefer the 300 black out over the rest. JMO, not that it matters.
